It turned out really well and is super cute in its little jars! I plan on giving it as Christmas gifts to neighbors and hostess gifts for around the holidays! Here are some pictures of the process.
WARNING- DO NOT LET JELLY BOIL OVER!!!! It makes for a very STICKY mess, trust me, speaking from experience!

Look at you! Jalapeno jelly....what a great idea! I, too, have had soooo many peppers in my garden this summer that have gone to waste because I didn't know what to do with them....problem solved :) Miss you!!
