Ballard Designs

I love the catalog Ballard Designs, its one of my favorite decorating magazines and I always get ideas out of it! Last month I found this .....



I had the most perfect place for it in my living room, I have a very nautical/coastal themed house and this would fill the space perfectly! Well then I saw the price...over $100! Not really worth it in my mind!

So I found this wheel on ebay for a whopping $23.00 and ordered it! (sorry it wont let me copy and paste the photo)

Then I spent the weekend sanding it, painting it, sanding it again and adding some stain and here is the final result!

I love it and think it fits in perfectly in my living room!
